As we continue to navigate our way through the pandemic, our highest importance is placed on the health and safety of our sponsors, walkers, and supporters.
Our Medical Advisory Board acknowledges that immunocompromised patients are at higher risk for contracting and experiencing more serious symptoms of Covid-19 and advise all patients to follow the recommendations of their healthcare providers when deciding to attend any in person events.
NKFF will strive to follow all safety measures with the encouragement of mask wearing, hand sanitizing, and social distancing at our Ft. Lauderdale Kidney Walk.
In doing so, we're asking everyone to sign the Liability & Media Waiver below and return via email at your earliest convenience.
We thank you in advance for your support and cooperation.
