We at the National Kidney Foundation of Florida are deeply concerned for the patients, healthcare workers, dialysis clinics, and loved ones affected by Hurricane Ian. NKFF leadership is working with the Florida Renal Association and Network 7 in connection and communications. We thank the individuals on the disaster teams who are working tirelessly to help those affected by this devastating storm. To help alleviate some the burdens felt by our patients, the NKFF will be offering a one time emergency grant for those patients in need. Social workers must apply for this grant by clicking on the link below. Gift cards will be sent to the social worker for distribution to the patients.
