the Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP).

This can help folks receiving food stamp benefits replace food lost due to spoilage, because of damage or power outage caused by Hurricane Irma.

The forms must be completed and turned in within 10 days of the loss.

Forms must be returned in person, by mail or fax.
